🚨 Scam Alert #2: "Binance Support" is in your DMs? It's NOT Binance. Thousands of people lose their accounts every month to this one. Here's how it goes: 1️⃣ You post a question or complaint publicly. 2️⃣ Within minutes, "Binance Support ✔" messages you on Telegram, X, WhatsApp or here. 3️⃣ They say your account is "flagged" or "frozen" and you must verify right now. 4️⃣ They ask for your 2FA code, password, or seed phrase, or send a link to a fake login page. 5️⃣ The moment you share it, they log in and empty your account. 💸 🛡️ How to protect yourself: ✅ Real Binance support will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or seed phrase ✅ Real support doesn't DM you first. Contact support only from inside the app ✅ Check any account, link, or email with the Binance Verify tool before trusting it ✅ Turn on the Anti-Phishing Code in Security settings, so real Binance emails show your secret code ✅ Urgency ("30 minutes or FROZEN") = scam. Slow down. Whether you hold $BTC, $BNB or $USDT, your account security is only as strong as the code you never share. 🔐 This is part 2 of my scam breakdown series. Missed part 1 on Address Poisoning? Check my profile 👆 💬 Has a fake "support" account ever messaged you? Tell me what they said 👇 #CryptoSecurity #ScamAlert #BinanceSquareFamilyWyattb

🚨 I'm a security researcher. This scam drains wallets every single day, and most people never see it coming. It's called Address Poisoning 🧪 Here's how it works: 1️⃣ You send $USDT to a friend or exchange. Normal day. 2️⃣ A scammer's bot spots your transaction on-chain. 3️⃣ They create a wallet that starts and ends with the same characters as your friend's address. 4️⃣ They send you a tiny "dust" transaction from that fake wallet, so it shows up in your history. 5️⃣ Next time, you copy the address from your history... and send your funds to the scammer. 💸 It's gone. No reversals on-chain. 🛡️ How to protect yourself: ✅ Never copy addresses from your transaction history ✅ Use your exchange's address book / whitelist ✅ Check the middle characters of an address, not just the first and last 4 ✅ Send a small test amount first for large transfers ✅ Ignore random tiny deposits from unknown wallets This hits holders of $USDT, $ETH, $BNB and $TRX the hardest, because those networks are cheap to spam. I'll be posting more real scam breakdowns from a security researcher's view. Follow so you don't become the next victim. 🔐 💬 Have you ever received a random dust transaction?
