I’ve probably spent over 400 pulls in this period, and I’ve experienced the Renaiss Fair over 400 times..
Honestly, my luck isn’t particularly great, and I still haven’t gotten my money back 😂
A big part of it is thanks to picking up good deals~

But because of that, I can feel just how Renaiss Fair works—I can even “confirm” my own bad luck....🫠🫠

If pulling cards really has a “black box,” or if someone can know the results in advance, then for people like us small bettors, it would be very hard to have a chance.
But in actual Renaiss, you can see that big spenders, alt accounts, and brand-new players can all pull pulls that get results. Even some people get an S after just a few pulls.

I’ve also had one particularly weird, mystical experience...
The day before I gave my girlfriend a watch, and then the very next day I pulled an S—and it was back-to-back S.

So is it just the machine being fair, or is it my girlfriend’s blessing?🤣
I really can’t tell.

But at the very least, it makes me feel that randomness really is randomness.
It’s not because you’re a big spender, a big-name account, or a KOL that you’ll be more likely to get good cards.

On the other hand, when you look at other platforms, sometimes you’ll find that the more expensive and rarer cards usually end up only with certain big V or KOL accounts.
Of course, I can’t say every platform is like that...👀

But this kind of phenomenon really makes people start to wonder: is this machine truly random, or are there other factors at play?

So what I find most appealing about Renaiss Fair isn’t just that it keeps telling everyone, “We’re fair.”
It’s that fairness can be verified.

You can pull for yourself, look for yourself, and verify the results yourself.

Of course, if I had to say how I hope Renaiss Fair could be improved further, I think these two areas could use some optimization~

• After pulling, you could one-click jump to the corresponding verification page
• The verification process could be simpler, and Chinese explanations would be even better

In the end, you might as well try a few pulls yourself.

Previously I had already written an article about the Renaiss OS Index. Back then, I mainly investigated what problem it’s trying to solve by looking at things like the Methodology, Reference Price, Market Index, and the API.

So this time, I won’t go too deep into the underlying logic—I just want to share my own user experience over the last period ✨

For people who are lazy, reverse image search for cards is definitely the most appealing!
I have to say that 😂

One of the things I dislike most is when, for example, I see a card I like, but I don’t know its name—then I have to search by the card name just to find the version and the price...

And some card names are long, with lots of versions—it really is a hassle... 🫠🫠

So in Renaiss Index, the reverse image search feature is absolutely one of the most practical functions for someone like me, a “lazy person.”
After you find the price, you can also conveniently keep an eye on the card’s real-time trading records, market data, and more!

If you ask me what I hope they improve most?

Without a doubt: release the App sooner! 🤣

Right now, the web version still requires uploading image by image, which is a bit inconvenient. In the future, if there’s a complete Renaiss Index App, I feel like the experience will jump up to a whole new level!

Scan with your phone and you can see the full story of a card pack—fully transparent all the way through!
That’s what would be truly convenient! ❤️

But this will most likely be coming... 👀 The boss mentioned it on DC before~

Of course, it’s still in Beta for now, so there are definitely many areas that can be further improved.
Everyone can try it out—if you feel there’s anything that needs improvement, you can bring it up ~

People have been talking about PNL nonstop lately, so I figured I’d also post my own “report card” 🤣

First, the conclusion 🙂‍↕️

I’m not as lucky as the “Oh-Queen” either.
You could even say my gacha data… is a bit eye-watering 😂

But if you pull up the overall data from this period, it’s actually pretty interesting~

The “Oh-Queen” hasn’t possessed me. For now, my pulls aren’t anything special. But I’m pretty good at sniping/low-ball pickups.
Overall, my PNL just happens to cover the wear and tear from those hot-headed interactions during this time~

Some cards I picked up from the market during this period generated profits that happened to cover roughly 2500–3000U worth of interaction wear and tear.

So in the end, it turned into a very奇妙 result... I didn’t really make much from pulls—sometimes it even feels a bit like I got carried away with pulling...
But by sniping/low-ball pickups, I managed to earn the wear and tear back❤️🤣

Of course, I’m not a “diamond-hand.”
It’s not like Chicken Ge @TCGRWA, who can get lucky with pulls, and the market can also precisely let him snipe. Diamond-hand PNL like that really looks too bright! 😂

So I’ll say it again~
Here, it’s not necessarily about going all-in on pulls.

You can follow your own playstyle ✅

Want to pull → pull
Spot a good price → snipe/pick up
If there’s a suitable opportunity → make a few trades
Let your profits cover the interaction wear and tear as much as possible~

If you can make the returns from sniping + pulling + interactions cover each other, then that’s basically a really comfortable way to play~

At least for me, it’s not required to be an “Oh-Queen.”
Being able to snipe still makes the game very comfy~
Just don’t go all-in and lose control because of PNL~~~

I wonder in the limited-card machine coming up next, whether my “gacha unlucky streak” can suddenly get a turnaround... 🥹🥹

The 88 and 248 card gacha went live today—of course I’m here to get a first look!

Although there was a small hiccup when it launched: the game shut down once because of a bug, but everything was restored smoothly afterward and went live.

My most unforgettable Gacha experience—of course—was my first time pulling an S card!
Back then, I happened to hear 1001 say that the draw rates for that day seemed pretty good. The split between Common and Uncommon was roughly 50/50—so it probably wasn’t something you’d see often with the 88 card machine at the time 🤔

Even though the probability of an S card was still low, I just really wanted to go all-in. I thought, since I rarely get a chance like this....

And then...

On my 12th pull, I got my very first S card in life 🤣!

What I remember most is that there was also an AMA that night, and everyone helped me celebrate together~ That moment is still incredibly unforgettable 😍

When it comes to which Gacha moment is the most worth remembering, I would definitely choose this one.
Getting your first S card in your life will always be the most special ~❤️

Next, I’m most looking forward to the new card machines for day after tomorrow—88 and 248—whether they’ll bring me new surprises and new unforgettable memories!

The number of people for this event really came as a bit of a surprise to me and Shiro!
During the last PUBG hosting event, the peak was around 60 people—who would’ve thought that last night’s event would break 100 immediately 🤣
For us, this counts as a small achievement, and it also means more and more people are willing to join community events!
Maybe because many of the older Ogs have already played before, the entry barrier isn’t too high~

We also especially thank Shiro for this event—planning it together through to execution took quite a lot of time and effort. Many of the event’s ideas were inspired by him~
Even though in almost every round he ends up being MVP 😂

Next, if anyone has anything you’d like to play, feel free to leave a comment in the comment section! Maybe we can keep it to about 1–2 events per month—no need to be too frequent, and it won’t put too much pressure on everyone. The main goal is still to maintain interaction and交流 between communities~

Yet another ambassador nomination is here, again and again. This time is the same too—I’ll pick a few community members I genuinely believe have made real contributions, and share some reference suggestions for everyone ❤️

First, let’s talk about the Taiwan region. I’ll recommend @RogerYangPing.
As I said before, I’ve always felt that running a project isn’t about forcefully pushing—it’s about doing it in a light, low-pressure way that makes more people willing to take the initiative to learn.
Roger has always been sharing Renaiss in his own style—funny, full of clever one-liners, and very distinct, which makes him easy to remember.
If he gets the chance to be selected, I believe he’ll be an ambassador everyone can’t get enough of.
(Of course, he’s still working hard to win the battle for the swim trunks ❤️)

For the Vietnam region, I’ll continue to support the current ambassador, @YiwiJR.
He’s one of the very few in these past two months who has truly made me feel that the ambassador is constantly maintaining the community.
Whether it’s hosting offline tea gatherings, maintaining the Vietnamese community, organizing announcements, or his day-to-day investment in the community—you can clearly see his sense of responsibility.
He really has been doing things! We must support him ❤️

As for the Chinese region, I don’t currently have anyone specific I want to nominate.

But honestly, it’s a bit of a shame that this time there are no slots for Malaysia or Global Ambassadors. If there were, I would definitely nominate @shirox_3.

Even though he doesn’t hold any official position, he has always been quietly contributing to the community. He’s very active on Discord and often helps resolve everyone’s questions in the Chinese region and the global channels. He also frequently spots scam accounts early and lets the admins know to deal with them.
Like this past Saturday’s Tetris Night—it was actually an idea he proposed. We then worked together to make the event happen ~

Even more so, I feel that Shiro is also active in the Chinese community in his day-to-day life. With his contributions, he absolutely has the qualifications to be an ambassador for the Chinese region!

The above is only my personal observations and judgment during this period ~

Set a task for yourself.

Starting today, I’ll learn English and exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

The main reason is to improve my elementary-level English 🤣
Why am I suddenly so determined to learn?

The biggest reason is convenience in everyday life. Even though I can usually chat with other friends in Malay in Malaysia, if the other person starts speaking in English right away, I still can’t keep up very well—so it can feel a bit awkward.

Also, I hold myself to fairly high standards. I really regret not taking things seriously in class back then, and not practicing speaking English more often 🥹

I feel that just studying isn’t enough—environment matters most ~
For example, as of now I’m working as @Renaiss Collectibles mod, and I often have to deal with tickets from English-speaking friends. Before replying every time, I’ll first think about how to express that sentence in English—forcing myself to produce output 🤣
Even though AI is very convenient now, you can’t rely on AI for everything, right? What if—just in case—one day the network goes down?

Anyway, I treat handling tickets as both work and learning ~

As for exercise:
Recently I went for a checkup and found that some indicators are starting to go over the limit. Besides controlling my diet, the most important thing is exercise.

No matter how big the fur you pull, if your body isn’t good, it’s all just talk ~ 🫠
Making money is important, but health is the biggest capital!
Let’s move together with @RogerYangPing,
but lately I haven’t seen him post anything about moving—makes me feel really uncomfortable.
