A French user wanted to exchange 9.5 BTC (~$1M) for USDT via the Swap feature of Ledger Live (third-party provider Cripto InterCambio – CIC).

➡️After KYC and a source of funds request, the user never received their USDT. Ledger reminded that swaps go through external partners and refused any responsibility.

⚠️To remember:
• Integrated swaps rely on unregulated third parties
• Funds can be blocked after KYC
• No recourse available in case of issues
