Bitcoin Pizza Day!!!
15 years ago a guy who paid 10k bitcoins for 2 pizza, this news create too much hype because at the moment these bitcoins worth more then 1 billion dollars, but 15 years before bitcoins worth nothing, he paid this amount for 15 yaers before so he don't know about future, at that time there is no concept of bitcoin.
Future is always a future, no one know about perfect predictions about future, is this happened then whole world bought bitcoins or gold, you know what?
In 1977 gold worth is nothing, just 161 dollars and now it gain 3400 dollars with big gains, at that time worker salary is 4 times more then gold value, now today its just 1 times or maybe less, if some one know about future then people bought 2-4 ounce gold for their monthly income and now they save enough gold, but fact is that they don't know about future.
My point of view is that, patience is everything, if you hold 1 xrp, 1 solana, 1 pi e.t.c then maybe after 15 years you have enough amount for your family, not for you!!!
So always think president then you make your future awesome, 15 years before maybe you eat 2 pizza for 10k bitcoins, but don't know now you eat just 1 bite of pizza even you have 100b dollars. Make your present awsome not future, today's trade is more important then past 15 years savings...

U.S China Bitcoin Reserve!!!
It first bought 100 BTC for $10.3 million. In a statement, the e-commerce company working between China and the United States said it plans to use a Bitcoin strategy as part of its goals for 2025. The company's Founder and CEO, Norma Chu, said Day Day Cook is one of the first in its field to use BTC as a reserve asset.
“We are starting a new project to make DDC a leader in digital asset innovation by focusing on acquiring Bitcoin,” said Chu in her letter to shareholders.
After the first purchase of 100 BTC, Chu mentioned that the company aims to gain more Bitcoin in both the short and long term. In the first six months, the company plans to buy about 500 BTC, which is around 51 million. Over the next 36 months, it hopes to have 5,000 BTC.
Currently, Bitcoin has increased by 1.5% in the last 24 hours. BTC is trading at 103,557. Recently, BTC has been rising due to trade deals between the U.S. and China, going above 105,000 just last week. The biggest cryptocurrency by market value has risen 23.6% in the last month.
DayDayCook, a food company from Hong Kong, expanded to China and went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2023. It offers easy-to-cook Asian food products and has a strong online presence.
In its latest financial report for 2024, the company showed a 33% increase in revenue from last year, reaching $37 million. This growth came from acquiring U.S. brands and strong performance in China. Additionally, DDC Enterprise’s gross profit margins grew by 28%. Shareholders’ equity rose by 33% to $11.3 million, with cash and similar assets estimated at 23.6 million as of March 31.
Recently, the company announced a partnership with a Chinese joint venture firm, expected to bring in 3 million in annual profit for five years.

Big News For Ripple (XRP) Holders!!!
Ripple’s effort to settle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission was stopped because a federal judge said their joint request was not done correctly.
The judge’s decision came from Judge Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on May 15. Attorney James Filan shared the news on X and posted the court documents. He noted that Judge Torres rejected the parties’ request for an indicative ruling. The request was seen as “procedurally improper” because it wasn’t filed under Rule 60, which needs proof of special circumstances to change a final ruling.
The rejected request, made on May 8, wanted to remove an injunction and lower a $125 million civil penalty to 50 million. Both Ripple and the SEC had agreed to this deal to help settle the case during ongoing appeals. However, the judge's decision blocks that plan unless the request is filed correctly.
Ripple’s chief legal officer, Stuart Alderoty, informed the crypto community that the court’s denial does not change the company’s earlier legal wins, including the 2023 ruling that said XRP is not a security in programmatic sales.
“This is about procedural issues with the dismissal of Ripple’s cross-appeal,” he posted on X, stressing that Ripple and the SEC want to resolve the case.
The SEC sued Ripple in 2020 for allegedly selling XRP as an unregistered security, leading to a long legal battle. However, it was ruled that retail sales did not break security laws.
The delay has impacted market sentiment. XRP dropped about 7% in the last day, while data shows a 9.4% decrease in open interest to 4.93 billion. After the court’s ruling, traders liquidated long positions worth over 21 million. Traders are now watching closely to see XRP’s next move as it tests support at 2.

Ethereum has much more then 24h volume then btc, so could be possible that btc above 104k and ethereum stuck at 2470-2600?
This is a big sign for btc correction, maybe bitcoin correction is just starting again, 1 big correction is pending, btc going towards 100k many time but push back strongly, how could be possible that just 18 b trading volume push bitcoin?
How we could say its Decentralized coin? When nasadaq shares down, s&p 500 shares also down still btc standing at 104k, its massive whales activity, some newses some whales activities keep btc above 103k, it's good sign for short-term traders but not good for long term investors.

As i have predicted yesterday that bitcoin makes bearish pattren yesterday and now yesterday is over, new day new game is here, some my dear fellows still comment on my previous post that go for short but yesterday i have made profit from short trade, 103k to 101k, now new day new game we have.
Today we have some good news s&p 500 close at 5844.19 little high but close at high, and other crypto related coin which is nsadaq so nasadaq closed at 80.75, starting it reach at 81 something but sudden down because of tarrif policies and also fed chairman want to some reforms in crypto.
So good news is that some countries accept US tarrif orders and president Trump already deal with china for 90 days so in 3 months if fed remain standing with positive behaviour and CPI report is also positive then we will se btc at 150k above, btc hold big resistance which is 100500 and now it break 103700 resistance which shows some bullish impact for btc.
Yesterday btc down 105k to 100k and alt coins also drops down very hard, eth reach 2621 to 2506 which is massive dump we have, now bitcoin standing at 103700 so today starting maybe nasadaq shares down 1% and btc alos drops 1-2% but after opening stock market after 4 hours btc pump again and this time we will see some massive pump, all market convert readdish into greenish, blood bath is over now after 4-6 hours maybe, so take your position accordingly.
