Ministry of Commerce: Temporary Anti-Subsidy Measures on Imported Dairy Products Originating from the EU

The Ministry of Commerce announced that the investigation agency has initially determined that there are subsidies for imported dairy products originating from the EU. The Tariff Committee of the State Council made a decision based on the suggestion of the Ministry of Commerce to implement temporary anti-subsidy measures in the form of temporary anti-subsidy tax deposits for imported dairy products originating from the EU starting from December 23, 2025.
