Techub News reports, according to The Block, that IcomTech senior salesman Magdaleno Mendoza has been sentenced to 71 months in prison for admitting to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and illegal re-entry into the United States.

Previously, IcomTech founder David Carmona was sentenced to 121 months (nearly 10 years) in prison in October 2024, as prosecutors identified him as the mastermind behind the fraudulent activity. The company's former CEO Marco Ruiz Ochoa was also sentenced to five years in January 2024.
