User Submission: Cambodia 🇰🇭 Phsar Kandal Phase 2, a certain betting site (which I won't reveal for now), has been involved in long-term kidnappings, often at nearby gas stations. On November 24, they deceived a South Korean person in Sihanoukville and kidnapped him to the park, where he was discovered and then secretly transferred. It is estimated that this person has already been sold to another location.
Many brothers inside are being held captive, subjected to daily corporal punishment with electric batons, and are engaged in human trafficking. On December 8, around 8 PM, they also kidnapped a Malaysian Chinese person nearby, intending to sell this Malaysian Chinese individual as a Chinese person to another betting site because this site has long been reported, leading to pressure on the property management which stipulates that they cannot beat people and only allow corporal punishment.
Several of my brothers are being held inside, working 20 hours a day, and cannot contact their families with personal phones for weeks. Given the tense environment, one can imagine who their backers are. I will contact someone to slowly take photos of the office. Currently, I have only been able to gather contact information for the owner or manager of the betting site and the kidnappers. I will continue to expose this matter and hope that relevant authorities can keep an eye on it.
