️⃣ Ethereum will activate the 'major upgrade' Fusaka today, which co-founder Vitalik Buterin claims will enhance network scalability and efficiency through PeerDAS and Blob-Only parameters, marking an important step for Ethereum towards next-generation infrastructure.

️⃣ Vitalik praised the significance of Fusaka and suggested adding more 'hard fixed rules' in the protocol — he believes stable rules are better for network security and long-term development than constant motions.

️⃣ Renowned crypto analyst Tom Lee has increased his position again, adding approximately $150 million to his ETH holdings, demonstrating his confidence in Ethereum's long-term value.

️⃣ On the other hand, multiple crypto ETFs and high-leverage funds face stricter regulations — the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has suspended the review of high-leverage ETF applications, including potential products linked to crypto assets, to prevent excessive risk exposure.

️⃣ There are also debates at the community and protocol level — some DeFi developers oppose regulating all DeFi teams as 'centralized institutions', arguing that this would stifle innovation and the spirit of decentralization.

️⃣ At the same time, some projects have been put on a 'watch list' due to governance disputes or risk exposure — investors and users should pay attention to the three dimensions of upgrades/tokenomics/compliance.
