最近不少朋友来找小唐咨询：线下出金的时候，对方明明收到了 U，却谎称没收到、地址有问题，用各种借口拖延，最后直接把 U 骗走了！受害者往往不知道该怎么维权，还怕报警后得不到处理，只能吃哑巴亏。今天小唐就给大家拆解线下出金骗局的常见套路，再教大家怎么合法维护自己的权益！ 虚拟货币线下出金易遭骗子瞄准，他们利用交易特殊性和受害者对币源的顾虑实施诈骗 / 抢劫， 常见套路有三：一是展示现金验真后，待受害者转币便抢钱跑路；二是得手后反咬报警，诬告受害者限制其自由；三是被调查时以 “币源不明” 为由，试图将刑事案歪曲为民事纠纷。 虚拟货币属受法律保护的虚拟财产，受害者可按步骤维权：首先固定全链条证据，包括交易沟通记录、转币到账凭证、现场监控及骗子身份线索；其次精准报案，抢钱按抢劫罪、骗币按诈骗罪报案，若办案机关以 “虚拟货币交易非法” 拒立案，需明确核心是骗子的犯罪行为；最后针对骗子 “地址未实名”“币源有问题” 等狡辩，用证据戳穿，币源问题与骗子犯罪是独立法律关系。 维权时需警惕自身风险：若出售赃币可能涉掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪，交易未完成则可能认定为犯罪中止。办案机关会优先调查骗子，再核查受害者币源问题，切勿因顾虑放弃维权。 需注意，虚拟货币交易在我国属非法金融活动，线下 OTC 交易本就不受保护。建议远离线下私下交易，若遇骗局，及时咨询专业律师，在合法框架内维权。 #出金 #场外交易 #维权
