Shocking news from Dubai — Roman Novak, a Russian crypto‐entrepreneur with a fraud conviction, and his wife Anna Novak have been found dead in the desert near Dubai, UAE. Their bodies were dismembered and buried after the couple disappeared in early October.

Russian investigators say the pair were last seen leaving their driver at a lakeside area in Hatta, near the Oman border. Their phones pinged in Oman and then Cape Town before going dead around October 4.
