On the tech side, Rollups Contracts 2.1.0-alpha.1 is out. This alpha release adds new view functions to help the reference node sync faster and updates key dependencies. For the curious devs, check out the full GitHub release:

The Machine Guest Tools v0.17.2 has rolled out. This update fixes the image non-determinism issue and improves request handling for apps without outputs. These changes will support the upcoming Honeypot release:

Ecosystem news comes from Brazil once again, where Prof. Rocha is in full swing teaching Web3, Blockchain, and Cartesi Rollups at UFBA, powered by the university branch TomorrowUFBA. Beyond that, the results are already showing from the previous course hosted for RedeRNP and partners with hands-on Cartesi practice.
