A Japanese system which is “one glance equilibrium chart” Shows us “ trend direction , strength , support , resistance” 2) What are Main Components ? * Tenkan sen💙 : short term avarage * Kijun sen❤️ : mid term avarage * Senkou Span A and B : Form of the cloud * Chikou Span : confirms trend strength 3) What is The Cloud? * Green cloud : Uptrend * Red cloud : Downtrend * Thick cloud : Strong trend * Thin cloud : Weak trend 4) Price position according to Cloud * Above the cloud - Bullish * Below the cloud - Bearish * Inside the cloud - Uncertain 5) How to read Ichimoku? - First, check the cloud color. - Second, check where the price is relative to the cloud. - Third, check Tenkan and Kijun crossovers - Fourth, confirm with Chikou span. - Fifth, try to observe future cloud color for next trend phase.
