In response to the United States' 301 investigation measures against China's maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding industries, approved by the National Coordination Mechanism for Counter Foreign Sanctions, the decision on countermeasures against the five U.S. related subsidiaries of Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd. is hereby announced, effective from October 14, 2025.
