Some people may not be able to use scientific internet access, so they can directly search for keywords on BOSS Zhipin, such as Crypto\Web3 jobs\part-time\recruitment.
These recruiting companies are concentrated in Guangdong and Shenzhen. These two places are adjacent to HK, which makes some Web3 startups that are in a "gray area" or have an aggressive style feel a more relaxed atmosphere.
HK is actively embracing web3, which allows Shenzhen and Guangdong to better receive some policy benefits. Hangzhou also has a lot, as Hangzhou is full of internet genes, having Alibaba and Ant Group.
Speaking of Shanghai, as an international financial center, its business environment is more standardized, with very high compliance requirements. If you are in Shanghai, you can focus on searching for keywords like "digital assets", "blockchain finance", "Crypto Fund", etc., on BOSS Zhipin.
