A person suddenly sent a message on this TG, and I guess there's a 99% chance it's a scammer.
Usually, you join some communities, and they find you in those communities. You might think, with so many people in a group, how did they find you? In fact, they are casting a wide net to see who bites.
This is a typical cryptocurrency scam.
Just ignore them. I mainly wanted to take a screenshot to show everyone the case, and then just ignore it.
In short, if a stranger contacts you, don’t engage with them.
