ChainCatcher Message, Nasdaq-listed company Yuta Logistics Technology announced that the U.S. dollar fund Solomon Capital Fund SPC-Solomon Capital SP9 under Huaying Holdings will make a strategic investment of 150 million U.S. dollars, and both parties will jointly explore the tokenization of logistics assets (RWA) and innovations in stablecoin applications.

Yuta Logistics Technology previously announced that it would acquire 15,000 BTC, with a total transaction amount of up to 1.5 billion U.S. dollars. In addition, the company also announced that it is actively researching relevant regulatory details and plans to apply for a stablecoin issuance license after the stablecoin regulations in Hong Kong take effect.
