The funding rate of $PTB has become positive, and it can't be pulled up anymore, even with a 38% increase. If it had remained negative, pulling it up to more than double wouldn't have been a problem.
Now it has pulled back a bit, but the big guy thinks there is still a chance for another surge, and the key to observe is his funding rate. If it becomes negative again, there will be another surge with more than double the increase!
