In 2024, Mengniu Dairy will apply WCT technology to dairy product supply chain management. Starting from the milk source procurement stage, information about dairy farms and milk quality testing data (such as protein content and total bacterial count) will be recorded; during production, parameters of the milk processing technology (such as sterilization temperature and filling time) and the operational status of production line equipment will be linked; in the logistics transportation phase, vehicle trajectories and compartment temperatures (to ensure cold chain transportation of dairy products) will be synchronized on the chain. Consumers can scan the QR code on dairy product packaging to view the full process information from milk source to finished product. Distributors will restock based on on-chain inventory data, and Mengniu will settle transactions with suppliers through on-chain transaction data. In 2024, this system will cover 80% of Mengniu's dairy products, reducing product quality complaint rates by 82%, increasing supply chain inventory turnover by 60%, and improving customer satisfaction to 95%.
