In simple terms, $ASTR is an old coin with the background of Japan's largest public chain AstarNetwork. Recently, the official Twitter of Startale and its founder Sota Watanabe have frequently tweeted hints about significant actions happening soon.

Based on many bloggers' tweets, I guess it could be good news in the direction of RWA and stock tokenization, for the following reasons:

1. I previously came across news stating that Japan's Financial Services Agency will approve the launch of the first yen stablecoin this month, and is establishing a new cryptocurrency regulatory framework. So, as Japan's first public chain, Astr will definitely follow the compliance route, and stock tokenization is the most compliant way to enter the blockchain.

2. Additionally, regarding the RWA narrative, many old public chains are seeking new directions, and the RWA narrative is currently mainstream, with the highest discussion levels both online and offline. Moreover, because RWA itself is about the tokenization of real-world assets, it aligns well with compliance and practical routes.

However, it could also be my over-interpretation, but I looked at the current price of $ASTR, and it seems to be at a historical low point, also forgotten by many as one of the numerous altcoins.

Let’s first look at the fundamentals, which are all public information:

Soneium is an Ethereum L2 launched by Sony in collaboration with Startale Labs. Startale Group is a company that split from the Astar Foundation. Soneium, as a collaborative outcome, supports Sony's Web3 strategy and Astar's ecological expansion. $ASTR is the core asset of the Soneium L2 and Astar L1 ecosystem.

At the beginning of April, Startale announced that it would use the revenue from Soneium's sequencer to buy back $ASTR, to promote the integration of Soneium and Astar ecosystems and future asset consolidation.

The current price is around 0.024, which is also my average buying price. Friends can research whether to get in, DYOR, and still follow that principle: make investments you understand.

Okay, I know friends might be a bit confused about the relationships among the three, it sounds very complicated, all commercial-type collaborations, so I made a chart to help everyone understand.
