1. Boundless and RiscZero, which raised 80 million USD, have a direct parent-subsidiary relationship. Boundless founder Shiv Shankar previously served as the engineering vice president of RiscZero.

2. The rumors of an Indian company are inconsistent with the facts. Both founders of RiscZero have worked in the core tech circles of the United States (Google, Intel) and are from Seattle, USA. The CEO of Boundless primarily has academic and work experience in the United States.
