Unlike the past, DV5 brings new attempts:

🔹 Introduction of DV-Light, composed of domain experts and AI guardians, focusing more and being more transparent
🔹 Clear rules: one person, one entity; avoid conflicts; two violations result in loss of delegation
My perspective: This is not just about decentralization of power, but also a new stage of governance experimentation:
🔹 AI agents are formally included in the experiment for the first time
🔹 Responsibility and transparency are written into the rules
🔹 The community's oversight channel is always open
