ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, the U.S. listed company Top Win International (NASDAQ stock code: SORA) has completed a $10 million financing, led by Wiselink Co., Ltd. (a publicly listed company in Taiwan), becoming the first publicly listed company in Taiwan to invest in a Bitcoin treasury company in Asia.

Top Win plans to use the funds raised in this round primarily to purchase Bitcoin (BTC) and may invest in publicly listed companies that hold Bitcoin treasury strategies (subject to applicable regulatory requirements), while also using part of the funds for working capital. Top Win does not intend to operate as an investment company and does not plan to make investment, reinvestment, or trading securities its main business.
