As of August 8, 2025, the company currently holds a total of 3,171 bitcoins, with a net investment in bitcoin amounting to approximately $370 million, reflecting an average purchase price of $116,709 per bitcoin.
Sequans, a pioneering European company in the adoption of bitcoin as a primary treasury reserve asset, plans to strategically accumulate bitcoin using proceeds from equity and debt issuance, as well as cash generated from operations.
