According to Deep Tide Techflow, on August 8, Nate Geraci, an ETF expert and the current president of NovaDius Wealth Management, who was formerly the president of The ETF Store, posted on the X platform stating that after the resolution of the Ripple appeal case, BlackRock is expected to submit an XRP ETF application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to promote diversification in cryptocurrency ETF portfolios.

However, Nate Geraci specifically clarified that if he is wrong in his predictions, he is willing to take responsibility, but he honestly stated that ignoring crypto assets other than Bitcoin and Ethereum is meaningless; otherwise, it would be like telling the market that only BTC and ETH have value.

According to previous reports, both parties in the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit have abandoned their appeals, and the relevant ruling remains unchanged.
