Make the distinction between investments and speculative trades.
A person who do not mean to hold, is an speculator.
According to Oxford Languages:
Speculation refers to an "investment in stocks, property, or other ventures in the hope of gain but with the risk of loss".
Speculation, in this context, is about trading based on projections of the price into the future, a bias on the direction of the market.
The concept does not carry negative connotation per se, but a large segment society mistakes trading as a dishonorable activity.
One should not feel ashame of being a trader, nor feel bad for profiting from speculation.
Keep your head straight.
Price discovery is a zero-sum game that is played by everyone (not only traders) in any market, not only trading venues (stock/crypto markets).
MIND WHAT YOU TRADE.
IF YOU DARE, BEAR THE RISK.
