In short-term ETH contract trading, for example, the fluctuations of unrealized gains and losses within 12 hours do not count as holding positions. If you are not a professional trader, you can't just enter the market and hold positions. Short-term trading is defined as not exceeding 36 hours; as long as it hasn't ended, it falls within normal fluctuations.

Look at those who trade ETH contracts; aren't they all holding positions until the end of the world? If you hold a position for more than 36 hours without exiting and don't escape when necessary, you will end up with nothing. You must have an expected time strategy when trading.

I remember in July we were trading a lot of ETH contracts, but if you look closely, most strategies ended up with profits; it's just that your mindset wasn't strong enough. If your mindset is poor and you're anxious while trading contracts, that already leads to losses.
