Donald Trump used harsh language against Russia in his statements. He declared that if a deal is not reached with the Moscow government, 100% of "secondary tariffs" will be imposed on Russia within 50 days.

Trump declared that these tariffs could be imposed without the approval of Congress: "Secondary tariffs are very strong. We can impose them without the Senate's approval." He also added that Republican senators are preparing to take strong action on this issue.

Trump stated that the United States will take on the production of weapons for NATO countries and NATO members will cover the production costs:

"We will produce, they will pay."

Trump declared that the United States would provide NATO with billions of dollars worth of military equipment and that these weapons would soon be transferred to Ukraine. He also announced that Patriot missiles would be sent to Ukraine.

Trump said that Russia has completely destroyed Ukraine's electrical infrastructure and criticized Putin, stating, "Russia could have been a great country but they have deceived their people. This is incredibly shameful."

Claiming that Ukraine is at a disadvantage in terms of equipment in the war, Trump added that NATO will send more military support to Ukraine.

Trump stated that Ukraine should continue to pursue peace and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will guide Ukraine on this matter.

"This is an opportunity for peace," Trump said, suggesting that trade could be effective in resolving the war.

Trump also stated that he frequently meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but these meetings mean nothing, adding, "Putin carries out missile strikes after meetings."

However, Trump said he believes a deal can be reached with Putin, stating, "Putin must save his country and economy."

Trump declared that a strong Europe will also be good for the United States. He noted that he had positive discussions with Germany and said he would pursue more trade-friendly policies with European countries.

Trump also targeted Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, saying, "Powell doesn't know what he's doing. But tariffs are working, and the economy is still strong."
