What is it?

Follow the trend: if it’s rising, buy and hold; if it’s falling, don’t buy (or even sell in futures).

How to know the trend:

Use indicators like EMA (moving averages) or simply look for higher highs or lower lows.

If ETH rises from 2400 to 2600 → it’s an uptrend.

If it falls from 2600 to 2300 → downtrend.

Ideal for: day or week trades.

🧠 I follow the trend with limit orders and do not buy when everything suddenly rises (to avoid FOMO).

I also prefer to hold BTC/ETH, which always recover trend over time.
