Even if it's not a full-scale knockoff rebound, some sectors will take off. The current second tier's lethargy won't last forever.
Look at two indicators:
1. BTC's dominance significantly drops below 55%
2. Liquidity (Federal Reserve easing or new narrative) ignites sentiment
