The price retraced after breaking through the previous high. It's not hard to notice that the first retracement went below the previous high, and then returned above it. Generally, in such market conditions, I would enter with a small number of long positions. When the market returns above the previous high and finds support (at the circled point), if I haven't entered before, I can enter long at this point; if I had entered previously, this would be a good opportunity to increase my position.
Entering long or short at these previous highs or lows as support or resistance is a trend-following trade, with low risk and high profit potential.
