Is there still a chance for altcoins to rise???

Here, 'altcoins' refers to all cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin and Ethereum. I think it depends on the development of the projects behind these coins.

If the projects are continuously advancing and building, even if the token's utility is slightly lacking, I still believe there is a chance for a comeback---at least the price will be higher than it is now. Many DeFi projects that are continuously developing fall into this category.

However, if a project has not been updated or made any progress for a long time, then the future outcome for such altcoins will be a downward spiral to zero and delisting.
