Key speakers included representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, who emphasized the need to create a transparent regulatory framework for the crypto industry.
Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Boryniakov emphasized that regulation will facilitate the legalization of the crypto business and the restoration of fiat gateways blocked due to the fight against gambling. Chairman of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Ruslan Magomedov noted that synchronization with the European MiCA regulation is a priority, but with adaptation to Ukrainian realities to avoid excessive pressure on the market.
Conference participants, including Dmytro Nikolayevsky from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, emphasized that clear regulation will increase investor confidence and allow Ukraine to become an attractive jurisdiction for Web3 projects. Issues of taxation and cybersecurity, which remain key challenges, were also discussed.
