In New York, a 37-year-old #crypto investor named John Woeltz has been arrested for kidnapping and torturing a 28-year-old Italian man for 3 weeks.
The victim somehow escaped on Friday morning and ran to a traffic cop for help, barefoot and in shock.
Police found polaroids of the victim tied up and a bunch of torture tools in the house.
