Bitcoin reaches a new historical high, but on-chain profit-taking drops sharply to 1 billion USD
According to Ha Shichain news, based on Glassnode data, Bitcoin broke its historical high yesterday, but the on-chain profit-taking amount was only about 1 billion USD, less than half of the 2.1 billion USD recorded when it first broke 100,000 USD last December. Data shows that the proportion of new coins in circulation for less than a month has risen to 76.9%, while the activity of old coins over six months has dropped to 13.4%. This indicates that the market is dominated by short-term trading, while long-term holders tend to continue to watch, reflecting that the overall bullish expectation remains strong.
