He just scaled out half of his previously $800M+ $BTC position during the last hour.

This is partially why you've seen the move down just now, as he's essentially twapping out $15M clips every few minutes currently.

Hats off to this degen. You can call it skill or you can call it luck. But to open nearly a billion $ size position publically for everyone to track is insane and not something we've seen before.
