The FBI in San Francisco and the Northern California District Attorney's Office have announced that victims of the cryptocurrency fraud involving Rowland Marcus Andrade, the founder of AML Bitcoin, need to file claims for compensation by June 5. Andrade promoted AML Bitcoin and other tokens under the guise of anti-money laundering technology from 2014 to 2019 through organizations like the NAC Foundation. He has been convicted of wire fraud and money laundering.

Under federal law, eligible victims can request compensation and legal assistance. Information must be submitted via a designated form, and late submissions will not be accepted. Authorities are calling on the public to help spread the word so that more potential victims are aware of their rights. The case involves tens of millions of USD, including cryptocurrency assets such as Black Gold Coin.
