" Pepe's Big Leap "
Pepe $PEPE was not your ordinary frog. Sure, he had green skin, bulging eyes, and a tongue that could catch a fly midair. But deep inside, Pepe believed he was meant for more than just lily pads and mosquito snacks. He wanted adventure. He wanted to fly. Every evening, as the sun dipped behind the pond, Pepe would gaze at the birds soaring overhead. “One day,” he whispered to the dragonflies, “I’ll touch the sky.”
The other frogs laughed. “Pepe, you’re just a frog. Frogs don’t fly.”
But Pepe didn’t listen.
One morning, after weeks of planning, Pepe$PEPE fashioned wings out of leaves and spider silk. He climbed the tallest cattail by the pond, took a deep breath, and leapt.
He didn’t fly. He tumbled, flailed, and splashed spectacularly into the water.
The frogs roared with laughter.
But the birds? They noticed.
A wise old heron glided down beside him. “You’ve got heart, little frog. You didn’t fly today—but that leap? That was something.”
From that day on, Pepe became known not as the frog who fell, but as the frog who dared.
And sometimes, daring was the first step toward the sky.
