This is one of the longest cycle where almost all of the major altcoins are dipping continiously.
The hopes of a solid bull run are hight but it doesn't seem so to be in near future.
But again Crypto world is full of surprises. End of war between Ukraine and Russia can bring stability in world's politics. Who knows that it can trigger a bull run as well.
