If November breaks $112K on Bitcoin → bullish case confirmed → Bitcoin L2s rally → SOL rallies on SVM momentum → presales with Bitcoin infrastructure win.
If November stays below $110K → fear dominates → "safe" L2s like Base stay liquid → Ethereum L2 tokens grind sideways.
If we crash to $95K → deep crash → presales die → only Bitcoin/Solana survive → concentration play.
