MMO shooter BloodLoop will launch on the Epic Games Store on June 23.
Swiss game studio Ragnarok Games will launch BloodLoop, a free dystopian hero shooter with NFT-driven items, in early access on the Epic Games Store on June 23.
The game is set in the year 2191, where three factions battle in a virtual arena, utilizing gravity manipulation abilities and skill-based tactics. Players can participate in team deathmatches, energy battles, or free-for-all modes, earning and trading on-chain equipment during combat.

In May 2025, CryptoPunks was 'sent to the museum.'
To be precise, it is Yuga Labs that transferred the intellectual property of this project, which pioneered the NFT art era, to a non-profit organization named Infinite Node Foundation (NODE).
The latter announced that this acquisition includes all the intellectual property of CryptoPunks, along with a $25 million cultural fund, which will promote an ambitious museum collaboration plan aimed at incorporating CryptoPunks into mainstream global art institutions.
It also boldly announced, "This is not a transfer of ownership, but liberation."

Yuga Labs sold Meebits IP to MeebCo.
MeebCo is a newly established company founded by NFT collector Sergito and supported by blockchain investment firm 1confirmation, which acquired the Meebits NFT collection and intellectual property from Yuga Labs.
According to MeebCo's statement, the team plans to respect the history and legacy of the series as one of the most outstanding 3D voxel characters while still evolving its position in the metaverse.
Plans include expanding the project through more storytelling, new merchandise, art collaborations, and interactive experiences while maintaining a presence in Yuga's Otherside metaverse.

Contemporary art gallery Heft opens in New York
Heft is a curator-led new exhibition space in New York's Lower East Side, officially opening on April 23, showcasing a group exhibition centered around generative art and algorithmic art titled 'Truth Or.'
The exhibition features works by creators using artificial intelligence and code, such as German-born artist and programmer Mario Klingemann, who invented an autonomous art robot known as Botto.
Other featured artists include conceptual AI collage artist Gretchen Andrew, multidisciplinary Tokyo artist Emi Kusano, photographer Kevin Abosch focused on transhumanism, and the French collective Obvious known for using machine learning to recreate classic portraits.
