Meta is holding its annual shareholder meeting on May 27. Just saw it in their latest SEC filing.

It’s going to be fully online again this year. Shareholders can join virtually from anywhere. I think this is smart — no need for people to fly across countries just to attend a meeting. Meta has been doing this for a while now and it actually makes it easier for more people to participate.

They’ll discuss the company’s performance, future strategy, and vote on the usual proposals. Nothing too surprising on the agenda from what I read.

Honestly, in 2026, this virtual format feels normal now. Companies should keep doing this.
