Crash process
Sudden bad news in the middle of the night: Early in the morning, news broke that the US credit rating was downgraded (questioning borrowing capacity), followed by uncertainties in US-China trade policies, causing market panic.
Price flash crash: ETH started plummeting from around $2570, dropping to $2487 within an hour (a decline of 3.4%), and then continuing to fall to $2449 (close to a halving level drop).
Liquidation chain reaction: Many people were heavily leveraged long, and after the price broke key support levels, the system automatically liquidated positions, triggering a chain reaction of liquidations and accelerating the decline.
Why did it drop so hard?
Macro headwinds: The US economy is viewed pessimistically, global risk aversion is rising, and large funds are the first to flee.

The daily line shows a bearish trend, and it has basically started to pull back now.
The bears want to smash the market, while the bulls want to pull it up.
Auntie's upper pressure levels are at 2580, 2620, and 2750.
Support levels below are at 2380, 2300, and 2259. If it breaks the support,
it's expected to start another wave of decline.
From the current daily chart, breaking through 2738 again is quite difficult.
Even if it does break through, around 2850 is likely to be just a temporary high point.

You have to believe that the pump is just for offloading. If they don't offload, are the market makers doing charity? Prepare enough margin and use leverage to short, and trust that the vast majority of junk is indeed junk. The market makers will not keep pumping indefinitely.
It is recommended to start with a small position and gradually increase to 5x or 10x, leaving 1~3 times margin to prevent price spikes.
