Originally planned to finish with a profit of 1400, but it felt a bit early so I wanted to make another trade. I took out a profit of 1150 and set a half-hour alarm to finish work, planning to risk the last 250 profit to aim for 1600. If I lose, I'll just consider today as earning only 1150.
The last trade seemed to be winning but then it dropped (my mistake, the downtrend was clear, and the support level where I entered had been tested multiple times and was unstable)
This triggered loss aversion; although the last three trades hit 1590, risking a loss of 800u to gain a profit of 190u is truly foolish.
Finished work for today, need to calm my mind.

Every month there are always a few days with extreme markets + bad mood + stubbornly going against the trend + unwilling to admit mistakes

It's both an email and an authenticator. The authenticator was eliminated 5 years ago 🍎, but luckily it hasn't broken. After spending an afternoon, I finally logged into Binance with my new phone.
I got a bit impulsive and placed two more orders. Today, besides spending 6000 on the phone, I still have a profit of 4000. Enjoying watching movies and sleeping.

After indulging for several days, it feels a bit strange to seriously look at various indicators on the computer again. However, the fluctuations are indeed smaller on weekends, and it's not easy to win if you don't enter at key positions; several trades were just short by 5 or 6 points.
After finishing the last 3 trades, there was a good entry opportunity, but my mindset has a bit of an issue today, so I'll take the profits while I can.
