What is inflation in the asset? It occurs when the project puts too many tokens on the market, meaning it increases the supply in circulation. This can happen in the following ways:
Planned, hidden (projects dumping tokens without notice) OR even through internal dump (sometimes to realize profit before an unlock), as seems to have been the case with OM.

Result?
More tokens in the market = price per token drops, even if the capitalization seems "high".

📉 The Simple Strategy That Made Me Profit Even in the Downturn

Forget about technical analysis and complicated indicators. In the end, what really matters is buying low and selling high. My approach is simple: observe the colors of the candles – and even in this recent downtrend, I managed to profit.

🚀 How Does It Work?

✅ I use the daily chart (but it can be adapted for 12h or 8h).
✅ If there are three consecutive red candles, I make the purchase and sell at the first green candle.
✅ If the fourth candle is also red, sometimes I buy a little more to reduce the average price, but I always sell at the first green candle.
✅ Most of the time, this ensures a more expensive sale than the purchase.

📈 And in a Bull Run?

The strategy reverses: I sell after three green candles and buy back at the first red candle.

Analyzing my records, this approach has brought me 141 profitable trades against only 39 with losses. The reason is simple: no one can predict the market with precision, but if you buy cheap and sell when it rises, your chances of profit increase.

Here's a lesson learned about partial profit taking.

Driven by greed, I saw $SOL make 3x my entry value and I didn't make anything, not 30 or 50 percent. I saw $KSM double my entry value and I didn't make anything. It was with $PEPE that I managed to sell half of my coins when it doubled in value, but it was a small investment that only yielded a few dollars that were already reinvested in the same PEPE.

I continue to make purchases during this drop that we are seeing, but I would have a much larger cash flow to take advantage of at this time, without even having to keep injecting money into the market.

How far will #BTC70K✈️ fall? Will we reach 70K?

I remain optimistic that the market will soon rise again, but I would like to be buying much more than I am.

And, from now on, the currency that makes 2x my investment, I will realize half to guarantee what was invested, the other half I will leave to see how far it can reach.
