The mindset collapsed, I feel like I've been through the wringer. The 30u challenge turned into a break-even challenge. Today I was scammed countless times, and my mindset exploded from frequent trading. In the afternoon, I saw a breakout and a pullback and wanted to go long, but the pullback went all the way to my grandma's house, triggering my stop loss.
Then I saw the dentist say the bulls have no strength left and found a great short opportunity, claiming his shorts were as precise as a dentist. I followed him, but ended up getting stopped out. What a frustrating experience.
Damn it, I've learned my lesson this time. I can't blindly follow other people's strategies or just look at the news. Futures trading is different from just hitting and running; I still need to look at the technicals. I can't panic and open trades recklessly when stop losses are triggered. Either stay out of this trash market for a long time or take a break. It's really frustrating. 😅
