Experience of Being Defrauded of 10u
Today I was deceived out of 10u. Actually, it can't be considered a scam since I was already prepared for the possibility and approached it with a sense of luck. However, knowing that I was scammed still feels quite uncomfortable. This made me understand that sincerity cannot be exchanged for sincerity. I kept calling him 'brother', but he was desperately trying to get me to invest more money, even talking to me on the phone to gain my trust. In the end, when I asked him how to withdraw my money, he cursed at me and deleted me. 😭😭. Fortunately, I only lost 10u, and I believe seasoned investors should be able to see this scam. This article is for newcomers to read and learn a lesson. Do not have a sense of luck; prevent being scammed, and do not give a single cent to scammers.
Specifically, he took the initiative to contact me, saying he had insider information that if I bought the scam coins they prepared, the value would skyrocket, encouraging me to buy more. He even used screenshots and other tactics to lower my guard. If you don't buy more, he will later entice you with promises of airdrop rewards to encourage further purchases. In fact, after you buy, you can't exchange this coin for other coins.
It's hard to express the frustration. Although I am a poor student, I truly have a kind heart. With no money, I could only invest my sincerity. I even told him that I would be grateful if I made a profit, that he would be my benefactor... Sigh, I suppose I've learned my lesson. Although there are bad people, there are also good people. I still need to move forward positively!
