Following Pi Network's announcement of its mainnet launch scheduled for February 20, 2025, the project has faced challenges regarding exchange listings.

Notably, Bybit's CEO, Ben Zhou, has explicitly refused to list the Pi token💥, citing concerns over potential financial disputes and the project's legitimacy. 🤡

In contrast, OKX has proceeded with listing Pi✅️, a decision that has sparked debate within the crypto community. Critics have raised questions about Pi Network's referral-based mining model and the prolonged timeline for its mainnet launch. ⚡️

Additionally, Pi Network has disapproved of unauthorized listings by exchanges such as Huobi and XT.COM, stating that these listings occurred without the network's consent and may involve tokens that are not the authentic Pi.💀🎯

#Ripple , the company behind #XRPL and the $XRP  token development, will unlock 1 billion XRP on February 1, Saturday. At current prices, this unlock is worth $3.10 billion, of which Ripple could sell a fraction throughout the month.
When XRP was launched in 2012, Ripple kept 80 billion of the supply out of circulation to itself, gradually selling some units, distributing it to the market. In 2017, the company implemented an escrow system to lock the still undistributed 55 billion XRP, with programmed monthly unlocks.
This system remains to these days, as Ripple continues to unlock 1 billion XRP on the first day of every month, reserving a fraction (usually 20%) for its monthly sales and expenses, while re-locking the remaining tokens into new escrows for the following years.

🚨SEC Decline to Postpone Appeal Against XRP, Brief Begins Today

Alderoty informed members of the XRP community that the regulatory body, led by Gary Gensler, is still adamant about filing the brief by today. He claimed Ripple contacted the financial watchdog for an extension. The commission, however, declined.

The departing SEC chair, who will step down on January 20, was the target of Alderoty’s jab.

He emphasized January 20 as the end of Gensler’s war on cryptocurrency. The SEC’s stance on cryptocurrency may change under new leadership led by pro-crypto activist Paul Atkins. Alderoty said Ripple intends to work with the SEC leadership under Trump’s administration to settle the long-running legal dispute.

The SEC’s impending appeal brief doesn’t worry investors because XRP’s price skyrocketed overnight.XRP is now trading at $2.8, down from its intraday low of $2.5 yesterday.
