Effective 2025-08-01, Binance is upgrading the VIP Investor Program by expanding the list of eligible Earn products used to calculate the 30-day average subscription amounts. This upgrade now includes assets subscribed through RWUSD, a principal-protected product with yields benchmarking real-world assets, and Discount Buy, an innovative subscription product allowing users to accumulate crypto at discounted prices while earning rewards.
This enhancement provides a seamless experience for users holding assets across multiple Earn products, making it easier to reach VIP levels 1 through 4 and unlock additional Binance VIP rewards.
Users who meet both the 30-day average Earn subscription amount and daily average BNB holding requirements outlined below will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding VIP level. The upgrade process runs daily between 01:00 and 06:00 (UTC) for users who qualify for a higher VIP level than their current status.
Below is the full list of eligible Earn products used to calculate the 30-day average subscription for the VIP Investor Program:

How the 30-Day Average Earn Subscription Amount Is Calculated:
30-day average Earn subscription amount = Sum of daily Earn subscription amount in the past 30 days / 30 (days)Daily Earn subscription amount = Sum of users’ total subscription amounts in Simple Earn Flexible and Locked Products, Dual Investment, ETH Staking, SOL Staking, Soft Staking, RWUSD, and Discount Buy.A snapshot of users’ 30-day average Earn subscription amount and daily average BNB holdings is taken daily at 23:59:59 (UTC) using the real-time USDT exchange rate. WBETH and BNSOL holdings in Binance Wallet (Keyless) will not be included in the calculation for this program. BNB, USDC, and FDUSD assets in Simple Earn (Flexible or Locked) will remain part of the Investor Program, even when participating in Launchpools, HODLer Airdrops, or Megadrops.

Flexible and Locked ProductsBinance reserves the right to adjust APRs at any time without prior notice.Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once subscribed, users can view their assets by going to Assets > Earn.Users may choose to redeem their assets in advance in Simple Earn Locked Products. After choosing early redemption, the principal will be returned to their Spot Accounts, and the distributed interest will be deducted from the refunded principal. Due to differing global time zones, it may take up to 72 hours to receive the tokens. However, in the case of exceptional circumstances the return of such assets may be delayed further. Please see our terms and risk warning for more details.Users will automatically receive rewards from ongoing Launchpools when they hold BNB Flexible Products and/or BNB Locked Products positions. Refer to this announcement for more information.Users may also accrue scores and qualify for Megadrop rewards with active BNB Locked Products positions. For more details, please refer to the FAQ. On top of that, users who subscribe to BNB Simple Earn products (Flexible and/or Locked) with their BNB holdings can receive airdropped tokens via HODLer Airdrops.
