The Journey So Far

Lagrange’s DeepProve began with a bold question: How can we verify the integrity of AI? More practically: What if every AI decision could be proven? Since then, we’ve made that vision real, expanding DeepProve’s abilities to prove inferences for LLMs and deploy verifiable AI across real-world applications.

Early on, we proved that cryptographic verification doesn’t have to live in the lab—it can work at scale, and it can power real products. That’s exactly what we showcased with Turing Roulette—the world’s first live, gamified AI prediction challenge, powered by DeepProve. Players competed with AIs and each other to determine whether or not their opponent was machine or human. The game drew over 500,000 unique players who generated over 3.75M proofs, demonstrating DeepProve’s ability to verify real-time inferences.

A New $ERA : The Caldera Token
As the Ethereum ecosystem expands into an increasingly large number of rollups, rollup abstraction becomes increasingly important. Caldera’s metalayer is the rollup abstraction layer.
Caldera’s native utility and governance token,$ERA , serves to power this layer.
Utility
Omnichain gas token
ERA is used as the standard gas token for operations on the metalayer. On the metalayer, transactions that initiate cross-chain interactions, as well as data propagations across chains, will incur a fee denominated in $ERA .
Staking and Subnets
Nodes that wish to participate in the Metalayer will be required to stake $ERA . A proof-of-stake or restaking consensus mechanism on these ERA tokens will be run, such that a node’s participation in the metalayer will be relative to the amount off ERA tokens staked or delegated to that node.
Utility-specific subnetworks may be created atop or alongside the metalayer, in order to provide specific functions to rollups. For example, a subnet might be created to generate and propagate zero-knowledge proofs on-chain, for rollups that require them. These networks will also use the ERA token to power proof-of-stake consensus.

What is the Lagrange Foundation?

The Lagrange Foundation is an independent entity dedicated to the growth of the Lagrange ecosystem. It will be tasked with the maintenance and administration of the Lagrange Prover Network, overseeing its day-to-day operations as it continues to power AI that is verifiable by design.

In doing so, the Foundation will foster the development of important use cases of Lagrange technology, extending beyond its current contributions to verifiable AI, scalability for ZK Rollups, and coprocessing. Ecosystem projects can expect support from the Foundation in the form of business development opportunities, marketing support, technical guidance, and advisory services.

The Relationship With Lagrange Labs

The Lagrange Foundation and Lagrange Labs are separate organizations that are dedicated to different goals. While Lagrange Labs will be an active developer for the Lagrange Prover Network, it will not hold any governance position or responsibility over the network’s operations.

Lagrange Labs will be focused on the research and development of new technologies that expand the scalable use of ZK proof generation and verifiable AI. The results of these efforts, however, will be applied to the Lagrange Prover Network and ultimately drive ecosystem growth.

I see this as a completely new project. A great project about rollups technology. Seeing something good and new for the future, I decided to invest in this project. However, I will learn more about my investment and I think the project needs to be introduced to more people by airdropping more rewards for all genuine users to know. From there, the project will receive more attention and trust from the community. It's great. It's a good project for the future, everyone should invest early in the platform.
