We have often seen posts about bnb and it's growth but no one talks about the pros and cons of buying BNB. There is no doubt that BNB is a promising coin and, it should be bought for a long term investment, but one should keep in mind what he/she is diving into. Following are some strong points that you should consider, and wait for BNB to take a dip:
✅ Pros of Buying BNB:
1. Powers the Binance ecosystem (fees, token sales, etc.) 2. Used for gas fees on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) 3. Regular token burns reduce supply (deflationary) 4. Offers trading fee discounts on Binance 5. High liquidity and market capitalization 6. Access to staking, DeFi, NFTs, and Launchpad projects 7. Long-term growth potential tied to Binance's expansion
❌ Cons of Buying BNB:
1. Highly dependent on Binance's success and reputation 2. Centralized control (not fully decentralized) 3. Regulatory risks and legal scrutiny of Binance 4. Competes with other smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) 5. High volatility and price swings 6. Not ideal for risk-averse or short-term investors
A lot of the beginners don't know what and where to start. They come with a concept in mind that trading has a lot of money and we can be millionaires or billionaires in a month. That's where their trades are wrong, and they lose everything in the beginning.
Here are some prerequisites that you need to do before starting your first trade:
1. Learn to read charts. 2. Read the background of the coin, and it is based on which coin. 3. See the daily chart of a few coins, their high and low prices, or if they're consolidating (moving in the same price range). 4. Start with scalping (buy/sell in 15 minutes or less). 5. Get small profits of $2 to $5. 6. Make use of stop/loss. 7. Use indicators such as EMA, RSI, Bollinger Band, and MACD. 8. Trade on low-priced coins because when they go bullish, they'll provide more gains and vice versa. 9. Some good and profitable coins are $BONK , $PEPE , $LUNC 10. Always do your own research and don't fall for the community posts for any coin.
Note: Every person has different thinking and trading according to the method they're comfortable with. May be you don't get comfortable with my method but at least you can know from where and how to start.
